Our Sunday Services include music, prayer, and a sermon. The sermon consists of selected readings from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
These two books serve as our “Pastor” in order to maintain the focus on the pure inspired word. Readers elected from the membership deliver the sermons. Services are held every Sunday morning from 10:00 to 11:00.
Monthly Fellowship Gatherings happen the first Sunday of each month in the church foyer. You are invited to meet new friends, greet old friends, and share refreshments. (And of course you’re welcome to meet and greet others in your own way at any of our services.)
Our Wednesday Gratitude Meetings feature topical readings from our Pastor, music, and an opportunity for members of the congregation to share gratitude for healing and inspiration received through their study of Christian Science. It’s a wonderful way to see how people are solving everyday problems (both large and small) through prayer. These meetings are held each Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00.
Sunday School, which meets at the same time as church on Sunday, provides an opportunity for children and young adults up to the age of 20 to explore the teachings of the Bible and their practicality in today’s world. The small-group-discussion format of the classes allows for a lively exchange of ideas between students and teachers.
Children not yet ready for Sunday School and Wednesday Meetings are always welcome in our Children’s Room where they are lovingly cared for while their parents attend church.
